🕒 Fulfilment & Delivery Timelines

All products sold through RA‑KEK (ra-kek.com) are produced on demand and fulfilled by our logistics partner, Printful.

Fulfilment time: 1–5 business days
(order preparation, printing, and packaging)
Shipping time within the UK: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are approximate. Delays may occur due to carrier congestion, public holidays, or other external factors. If your order exceeds the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with our fulfilment partner.

🚚 Shipping Coverage

At this time, RA-KEK ships exclusively to customers within the United Kingdom. Additional countries will be added in the future as our catalogue expands.

Orders are routed automatically to the fulfilment centre best suited for UK delivery efficiency.

UK Estimated Shipping Time (after fulfilment):

2–4 business days via Royal Mail, DPD, or comparable carriers

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all UK orders.
No minimum purchase is required, and the price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Orders fulfilled and delivered within the UK do not typically incur customs or import charges.
If exceptions arise due to regulatory changes or specific product types, any such fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.

📦 Unsuccessful Delivery / Returned Shipments

If a parcel is returned to our fulfilment partner due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or because it was unclaimed, it will be held for up to 30 days.

You may request a reshipment; additional shipping costs may apply.

Please ensure your address details — including flat/unit numbers and the correct postcode — are accurate at checkout.

🔁 Refunds & Returns Related to Shipping

Because each item is produced on demand, returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

We will, however, replace items that are:

Damaged in transit
Defective
Misprinted or incorrect

To request a replacement, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue.
