Every RA’KEK piece is made to order — created just for you. Because of that, we only accept returns if something’s not right.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, reach out within 30 days of delivery.

Email contact@ra-kek.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once confirmed, we’ll replace or refund it — fast and free.

🚫 What We Can’t Take Back

Since every item is printed on demand, we can’t accept returns for:

Ordering the wrong size
Change of mind
Style or fit preference

Please check our size charts before ordering to make sure it fits your vibe.

🔁 How to Start a Return

Contact us first — don’t ship anything back until we approve it.
Once approved, we’ll send the correct return address and instructions.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds will go back to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive your return or confirm the issue.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
