How to Return Your Item
If you want to request a return or exchange, please follow the steps below to make the process smooth and fast.

Step 1: Submit a Return Request Online
- Scroll down to the footer menu and click on Return Your Item under Customer Service.
- On the Return Your Item page, enter your email address in the provided field, then click Continue.
- Check your email inbox for a message from us containing a six-digit verification code.
- Return to the website and enter the six-digit code to verify your identity.
- Once verified, select the order for which you want to submit a return.
- If your order contains multiple items, choose the specific item(s) you want to return.
- Select the reason for your return from the options provided and add any notes you'd like to include.
- Click Request Return to submit your request.
Step 2: Wait for Approval and Shipping Instructions
- After reviewing your return request, if it is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with detailed shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
- Please ship the item back following these instructions.
- Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund.
