How to Return Your Item

If you want to request a return or exchange, please follow the steps below to make the process smooth and fast.

Step 1: Submit a Return Request Online
  1. Scroll down to the footer menu and click on Return Your Item under Customer Service.
  2. On the Return Your Item page, enter your email address in the provided field, then click Continue.
  3. Check your email inbox for a message from us containing a six-digit verification code.
  4. Return to the website and enter the six-digit code to verify your identity.
  5. Once verified, select the order for which you want to submit a return.
  6. If your order contains multiple items, choose the specific item(s) you want to return.
  7. Select the reason for your return from the options provided and add any notes you'd like to include.
  8. Click Request Return to submit your request.
Step 2: Wait for Approval and Shipping Instructions
  • After reviewing your return request, if it is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with detailed shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
  • Please ship the item back following these instructions.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund.

Important Notes
  • Please submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
