All RA’KEK products are made to order — returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or misprinted items.

 

If there’s an issue with your order, contact contact@ra-kek.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the
problem.

 

Replacements or refunds are provided at no extra cost for verified defects or fulfilment errors.

 

Returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size aren’t accepted — please check our size guide before ordering.

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved (shipping fees excluded).

 

Unauthorized returns or unapproved shipments won’t be accepted.
