If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, reach out within 30 days of delivery.
Email contact@ra-kek.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once confirmed, we’ll replace or refund it — fast and free.
🚫 What We Can’t Take Back
Since every item is printed on demand, we can’t accept returns for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Change of mind
- Style or fit preference
Please check our size charts before ordering to make sure it fits your vibe.
🔁 How to Start a Return
- Contact us first — don’t ship anything back until we approve it.
- Once approved, we’ll send the correct return address and instructions.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
💳 Refunds
Approved refunds will go back to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive your return or confirm the issue.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
